Joe Biden’s letter to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina

 

US President Joe Biden has sent a letter to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. In it, he expressed his determination to work with Dhaka in establishing a partnership to achieve the common dream of establishing a free and open Indo-Pacific region, besides supporting the achievement of Bangladesh’s ambitious economic goals.

 

 

 

According to diplomatic sources, US Ambassador to Dhaka Peter Haas handed over this letter to Foreign Secretary Masud Bin Momen on Sunday morning.

 

In the letter sent to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, President Joe Biden wrote, ‘I would like to say that in the next chapter of the United States-Bangladesh partnership, regional and global security, economic development, climate change and energy, global health, humanitarian aid, especially Rohingya refugees, and moreI express the sincere desire of our administration to work together on many issues.”We have a long and successful history of working together to solve problems,” Joe Biden wrote. And the basis of our relationship is the strong relationship between the people of the two countries.

 

President Joe Biden said in his letter, “The United States is committed to supporting Bangladesh in achieving its ambitious economic goals and partnering with Bangladesh to achieve the common dream of establishing a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
