Dr. Muhammad Yunus, Chief Advisor to the interim government, has reiterated his vision of a Bangladesh grounded in justice and freedom of speech. Speaking at an international human rights forum yesterday, Dr. Yunus outlined the government’s efforts to uphold democratic values and ensure accountability.

In his speech, Dr. Yunus stated, “Our goal is to establish a society where justice is accessible to all and freedom of expression is a fundamental right. These principles are essential for a thriving democracy and a prosperous nation.”

The Chief Advisor highlighted several key initiatives under the current administration. These include the formation of independent commissions to investigate allegations of human rights violations and the implementation of reforms in law enforcement and judicial processes.
