Sylhet, April 7, 2025 – Sylhet International University (SIU) is holding a silent procession today, Monday, April 7, 2025, in solidarity with the Global Strike for Gaza. The university confirmed the event earlier today through an official post on its official Facebook page.

The procession is being organized as part of a global call to action in support of the people of Gaza, who continue to face immense humanitarian challenges due to ongoing conflict. Educational institutions and organizations across the world are participating in similar peaceful demonstrations.
